Most of our items are shipped by UPS and Fedex. Please note that UPS does not deliver to a Post Office Box. The Ultimate Green Store will require a street address as part of the shipping address whether you are having an item shipped to yourself or to another party.

If you purchase multiple items, you may receive them in separate packages. If a product has a long lead time, that will be noted in the product page description. Also note that the options you choose for shipping will be calculated from the time the product is available for shipment in the case of a made-to-order item. Shipping days exclude holidays and weekends, including Saturdays, and holidays can extend shipment times by the number of days (usually one day, in the case of holidays when the carrier does not operate). 

2-Day and 3-Day Delivery:
Selecting 2 or 3 day delivery will expedite the delivery of your package, however, it does not mean your package will necessarily arrive 2 or 3 days after you place the order. Please note that for 2-day and 3-day delivery, the pickup day does not count as one of the shipping days according to UPS’s policy and there is no weekend pick-up or delivery for 2 or 3-day shipping. So, for example, if you order 2-day delivery on a Friday, even if your order is ready to go out that day from our warehouse, it is possible that it will not be processed by the carrier until Monday and therefore not delivered until Wednesday. 2-day and 3-day delivery may not be available to certain locations and is not available for every product. We try to provide as much information as possible to our customers. Please check the product description page for more information about shipping availability and lead times for processing of that particular product.

Ground Shipping:
Although your package may arrive sooner than that, if you request ground shipping, allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Holiday Orders: The timely delivery of your packages are important to us. Although we cannot guarantee delivery due to circumstances beyond our control such as inclement weather, If you place your order by December 15th, you should receive your packages by Christmas. Gift Card orders are processed and delivered instantly at any time. 

Canadian Shipments/International Shipments:
The Ultimate Green Store does not normally ship outside the United States except by special request. Please be aware that, in addition to the standard shipping costs, there are often clearance fees and other charges incurred by the carrier to clear customs and/or duty taxes imposed by the Canadian and other governments. The amount of these fees are not known upon the sending of the package and must be paid by the recipient of the package or be billed to the sender. The Ultimate Green Store's standard method of shipping internationally is to have the recipient pay for these charges. If you are sending a package as a gift, please contact us in advance of ordering if you, as the sender, wish to cover these costs rather than have the recipient have to pay upon delivery. There are also duty tax exemptions for gifts under a $60 value that ship to Canada and the packing slip for the package can be specially prepared if we know that the item is a gift in advance. Also note that FREE SHIPPING coupons may not be used for any international shipment and some products may not be available for international shipment.

Goods Damaged in the Shipping Process:
Although infrequent, damage can occur in the shipping process. In the event your package appears to be damaged upon receipt, please refuse delivery and have the damage noted on your bill of lading. Once damaged packages are accepted, purchaser will be responsible for all return charges except if the product is found to have a manufacturing defect (please see our return policy below).

Free Shipping Coupons/Hawaii & Alaska Orders

All free shipping coupons apply to shipments within the the 48 contiguous United States and offers are for ground shipping only. We do not provide free shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Free Shipping offers also excludes over-sized items (including mattresses, bean bag and other furniture) and custom-made corporate gifts. Please note that only one coupon may be used per order. If you are using a coupon for a discount on goods from our site or any other site, a free shipping coupon may not be used for the same order. If you would like to ship an item to Hawaii or Alaska, please email us at orders@theultimategreenstore.com for a shipping quote. 

Return Policy


The Ultimate Green Store will charge your credit card as soon as your order is placed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, The Ultimate Green Store will refund the purchase price for most products, less shipping and handling charges incurred, if the item is returned within 30 days of the purchase. We do have different return policies for specific types of products and a different protocol for dealing with manufacturing defects so please read this entire section.  The following applies to the return of any product:

• Purchaser must notify The Ultimate Green Store of the reason for the return. Notification should be made by e-mailing us at orders@theultimategreenstore.com. Upon receipt of the e-mail, someone from customer service will contact you.

• The product must be returned in substantially the same condition as when purchased, must be returned with the original packaging, any attached tags, the receipt and, except in the case where there is a manufacturing defect, must be resalable.

• Before you return the item, please make sure The Ultimate Green Store has provided you with a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”) as well as information about where the product(s) should be mailed to. The RAN number must appear on the outside shipping carton on all returns.

• Unless your product has a manufacturing defect, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. A restocking fee may apply to the return of several products including bedding, linens, bath linens, home accessories, and crib sets.

• We recommend that you use registered mail to return your product. The Ultimate Green Store will not be responsible for packages lost in the return process.

• We do not have an exchange policy. If you are returning an item, we will issue a credit on your credit card. If you want to purchase anything else in lieu of that item, it will require an additional purchase. An exception to this policy is in the case of a manufacturing defect, in which case we will replace the item free of charge with the same item, if available.

Exceptions to General Return Policy:

Clothes: All clothes should be inspected as soon as they are received. Unless there is a manufacturing defect, clothes that are unused, unwashed and unworn may be returned within 14 days of purchase and should be returned with any attached tags. Under no conditions will we refund purchases for any clothes that have been worn or washed. Except for the time within which the return must be made, purchaser should follow all other return policy guidelines as stated above.

Bedding, Linens & Towels: If you want to return your bedding, please notify us by e-mail within 48 hours of delivery at orders@theultimategreenstore.com and customer service will contact you.  Returned bedding must be sent directly to the manufacturer and must be unwashed, unused and in the same mint condition as when received. The Ultimate Green Store, LLC will assist purchaser with return instructions. In no event will any return be accepted for any bedding that has been used or washed or if a return has not been authorized in advance. 

Holy Lamb Organics: 
Holy Lamb Organics products are custom-made to order.  For this reason, cancellations are not allowed once an order is being processed and no changes are allowed to orders 3 days after order is placed. Any returns must get a pre-approval and a return authorization code.  Please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. Items are returnable as long as they have not been used or laundered and it is within 30 days since receipt of goods.  There are no returns on custom orders or private labels.  Defective items are returnable within 10 days of receiving order if it has not been used or laundered. 

Sleep and Beyond:

Any returns must get a pre-approval and a return authorization code.  Please contact us at orders@theultimategreenstore.com for return authorization.  Please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. Items are returnable as long as they have not been used or laundered and it is within 15 days since receipt of goods.  Defective items are returnable within 10 days of receiving order if it has not been used or laundered. 

Shower Filters:
Shower Filters may not be returned once used unless there is a there is a manufacturing defect.

Furniture (including Bean Bags and Bean Loveseats):
Please inspect all furniture carefully upon delivery. If there is any defect, refuse delivery and contact us immediately with details about the problem. Our furniture is made to order and we do not accept returns of furniture once delivery has been accepted. 

Returns of Other Types of Damaged or Defective Goods:
If you notice a defect in your product only after removing it from its packaging, please e-mail us within 48 hours after receipt of delivery and follow the process contained in the first section of our return policy entitled “General.” We will replace the goods free of charge if replacement products are available or, alternatively, we will refund your credit card in full for the purchase.

Sales Tax:

The Ultimate Green Store charges sales tax on shipments to California.
