Begin a lifetime of treasured moments during those precious first weeks of swaddling, washing, dressing and comforting your little one with Coyuchi’s heirloom-quality, hand-embroidered George collection.  Constructed from certified 100% fair trade organic cotton, this eco-friendly bedding collection has a playful leafy jungle setting featuring George, a mischievous monkey and other lively characters.

The George Collection is made entirely from 100% organic cotton, certified by Control Union Certifiers of the Netherlands, GOTS and ECOCERT of France.  They are also Fair trade certified every step of the way from the cottonseed to the finished product.  The fair trade certifications are issued by FLO-CERT of Germany and ECOCERT of France. Every fiber of cotton used by Coyuchi is produced in accordance with IFOAM growing and processing standards. SKAL, a Netherlands-based certifier, oversees the cotton grown for Coyuchi.

George Collection Crib Blanket (36”x54”)

The front of the George crib blanket features George the Monkey, Mother and Baby Elephant and the Lion. The designs and playful colors coordinate with the other pieces in the George Collection. The George blanket is made of white organic cotton percale backed with soft ivory organic flannel. 


George Collection Crib Sham (12”x16”)


The front of this white organic cotton percale sham by Coyuchi features a hand embroidered Mother and Baby Elephant. The elephant design and playful colors coordinate with the other pieces in the George Collection. 


George Collection Crib Bumper Cover (161”x10”)

This white organic cotton percale bumper pad cover by Coyuchi features hand embroidered playful characters around the sides and ends. The designs and playful colors coordinate with the other pieces in the George Collection. The George bumper pad cover fits a standard size bumper pad and has ties on the top and bottom to fasten securely to the crib. George Collection Organic Cotton Bib (11”x16”)


The Coyuchi organic cotton Bib is soft white French Terry and has an elasticized neck opening for your baby's comfort as well as maximum coverage.  The bib features the Mother Elephant from the George Collection.  Decoration is hand-embroidered and the bib is whitened with hydrogen peroxide. No chlorine bleach is used.  The Coyuchi Bib is 11" wide and 16" long. The diameter at the elasticized neck opening is 3.5".

George Collection Organic Cotton Hooded Baby Towel (36”x36”)


The Coyuchi organic cotton hooded French terry baby towel makes a great first towel for baby. The organic cotton George hooded bath towel comes in white and is decorated with a embroidered bird in red and yellow. The design coordinates with the rest of the Coyuchi George Collection. The organic cotton French terry hooded baby towel is whitened with hydrogen peroxide, not chlorine bleach. This towel measures 36" x 36" with an 8" hood

Care Instructions:


Items within Coyuchi’s George Collection are machine washable. We recommend using warm water, non-phosphate soap in the washing cycle, and a cool, no/low-heat tumble or line dry. The best way to dry, in our opinion, is to hang dry your Coyuchi products on a clothesline outside, capturing and bringing the magic of the outside back in.




Wash with like items, wash whites and colors separately.  For white fabrics, we suggest using non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low heat or line dry.  The use of bleaching agents may diminish the brilliance and depth of the colors, so we recommend not using any whiteners.  But if you must, please use a non-chlorine bleach.
