The Casual Lunch Date Bento System 2.0 is ideal for eco-friendly lunch makers who embrace the bento concept for its functionality, sustainability and also value the convenience of traditional lunchboxes.  Using a reusable lunchbox is a great way to significantly reduce the amount of waste generated from supplying conventional lunches.

This product is completely free of phthalates, bisphenol A (BPA), PVC and lead! The sturdy polypropylene bento box containers keep food from squishing while the 100% recycled polypropylene insulated carrying case can preserve temperatures for hours with Biodegradable Non-Toxic Ice Packs (ice packs sold separately). 

The Casual Lunch Date Bento System 2.0 contains a set of stainless steel utensils and five colorful food containers. The inner containers are removable and fit neatly into the larger unit.  These bento box sets also contain three polyethylene lids to help seal food and prevent spills.  The bento box containers are microwave safe, but the container lids should NOT be used in the microwave. These polypropylene (#5) containers and polyethylene (#2) lids are non-toxic, non-staining and can withhold mold and mildew. 

The Casual Lunch Date also comes with a durable and stylish Bento Bag, made of high-quality 100% post-consumer recycled fabric.  The Bento Bags contains two pockets, one interior and one exterior, and  The Casual Lunch Date also comes with a water-resistant Bento Sleeve, also made from 100% post-consumer recycled fabric.  This Bento Sleeve is insulated and holds an ice pack (not included) in place to keep food tempartures cool for hours.  The sleeve secures with a convenient velcro flap.
