Coyuchi’s organic cotton flannel bedding will keep you warm while you sleep and get progressively softer over time. The thick flannel material provides a cozy feel and makes fantastic bedding for cold temperatures. Made from 100% certified fair trade organic flannel cotton, Coyuchi flannel bedding is a perfectly comfortable way to sleep free of synthetics and toxic chemicals present in conventional cotton bedding.
Coyuchi’s organic flannel bedding is made entirely from 100% organic cotton, certified by Control Union Certifiers of the Netherlands, GOTS and ECOCERT of France. They are also Fair trade certified every step of the way from the cotton seed to the finished product. The fair trade certifications are issued by FLO-CERT of Germany and ECOCERT of France. Every fiber of cotton used by Coyuchi is produced in accordance with IFOAM growing and processing standards. SKAL, a Netherlands-based certifier, oversees the cotton grown for Coyuchi.
These 6.4 oz organic flannel sheets are napped, brushed and enzyme washed to make them super soft and pill resistant. The organic cotton fabric is preshrunk using a steam process, resulting in a finished product which keeps it original measurement even after repeated washing and drying. White linens are whitened with hydrogen peroxide rather than chlorine bleach. Ivory linens are not treated, as ivory is the natural color of organic cotton. Because ivory is 100% natural virgin fabric, we recommend this color option for people who prefer untreated fabrics.
The flat sheets have a 4” attached hem. The fitted sheets have deep 15" pockets and have a high-quality elastic that runs around the entire bottom of the fitted sheet. Available in Twin, Twin Extra Long, Full, Queen, King, Cal-King. For Twin Extra Long beds choose the Twin flat sheet; for Cal-King beds choose the King flat sheet.
Sheet sets are available below for your convenience in purchasing multiple items. A sheet set includes one flat sheet, one fitted sheet and two pillowcases in the appropriate matching size to the sheets.
The flannel duvet covers can be next to your skin or serve as your second layer. These reversible sateen duvet covers and available with or without pleated details. Pleating is a decorative element of horizontal bands spaced 1.5” apart on the exposed side of the duvet covers. The pleats are not included on the side that is in contact with you while you sleep.
Organic flannel pillowcases and shams are also available. Please note that there are several differences between pillowcases and shams. Regular and envelope-style pillowcases have an insertion opening for the pillow on the side, whereas shams have an insertion opening on the backside of the sham. Shams are intended for more decorative purposes than pillowcases. Please also note that the envelope pillowcases have a bigger flap opening than a regular pillowcase. This is because additional fabric is needed to tuck in the envelope pillowcase to enclose and protect the pillow, whereas the regular pillowcase remains open. Like the duvet covers, shams are also available in pleated details (pillowcases are not).

Care Instructions:
This flannel bedding is machine washable. We recommend using warm water, non-phosphate soap in the washing cycle, and a cool, no/low-heat tumble or line dry. The best way to dry, in our opinion, is to hang dry your Coyuchi products on a clothesline outside, capturing and bringing the magic of the outside back in.
Wash with like items, wash whites and colors separately. For white fabrics, we suggest using non-chlorine bleach. Tumble dry low heat or line dry. The use of bleaching agents may diminish the brilliance and depth of the colors, so we recommend not using any whiteners. But if you must, please use a non-chlorine bleach.
