Description:
LOOP Organic sateen sheets and bedding are soft, luxurious and pure. The fabric, produced by expert weavers, is extremely soft and has a subtle sheen. A single-line of embroidery in matching color is used along the hem lines for a look that is elegantly modern. Produced with low-impact dyes in sweatshop-free environments, these organic sheets are completely free from harmful chemicals and toxins present in conventional bedding.
These sheets and bedding are certified by reputable certification organizations, and meet the Global Organic Textiles Standard (GOTS), the highest set of standards for organic textiles. Certification numbers are sewn into our products, and these are carefully monitored so that they are not used where they are not supposed to be.
The flat sheets and pillowases have a 7 inch wide cuff which looks rich and sophisticated on the bed. Thread count is 300, and fabrics go through natural finishing processes for softness. Fitted sheets are cut with deep pockets to accommodate mattresses up to 15 inches thick, and have strong elastic all the way around, ensuring a tight fit.
Duvet Covers & Shams are available in matching colors. Made from the same soft sateen fabric as the sheets, Duvet Covers and Standard Pillow Shams (20"x26") are available for mixing and matching possibilities. Duvet Covers have tagua nut button closure, and shams have a two-inch flange with the same single-line of embroidery in matching color, that is seen on the sheets, for a look that is complete and polished. Sheet sets are available for your purchasing convenience. Sheet sets come with one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases in the matching size (the twin sheet set only comes with one pillowcase).
Why 300 threadcount? LOOP uses a sateen weave with thread count of 300, and the upmost care in processing and finishing. Conventional cotton sheets can typically achieve a higher thread count than organic, but the fine yarns must be coated with a chemical wax to make them strong enough to go through the looms. A thread count of 300 is very high in terms of organic, and you can feel it. We use natural methods for softening and finishing the fabric, and the end result is a buttery smoothness.

Care Instructions: Wash warm, biodegradable soap recommended. Remove them immediately after the final spin cycle, and shake them out before putting them into the dryer to minimize wrinkles. Tumble dry on medium heat, removing and folding promptly. Use non-chlorine bleach, or warm iron when needed.
It’s a general rule of thumb that sheets and towels should not be washed together, and neither should be washed with items that have zippers or other embellishments that could damage your fine linens. Wash new products before using. And never wash your towels with fabric softener, as this will coat the fibers making them less absorbent.
Recommendations – All-natural cotton sheets wrinkle a bit. If this is a concern, try taking sheets out of the dryer when they are still slightly moist and either hang dry them, or put them straight on the bed and let them air dry.
